Product Analysis with a View to Determining the Mounting Process

Abstract

A procedure aiming at the defining of assembly process of a product has been described. By the procedure and with help of part matrix the following can be defined: base part of a product, optimum assembly seqence of product parts, assembly units of a product, sequence of parts within units, and the lay-out of the product assembly process.

U radu je prikazan postupak s ciljem definiranja montažnog procesa jednog proizvoda. S pomoću matrice veza dijelova proizvoda, ovim je postupkom moguće determinirati: bazni dio proizvoda, optimalni redoslijed montaže dijelova, montažne sklopove proizvoda, redoslijed dijelova unutar sklopova te raspored montažnog procesa tog proizvod
